Nearth is proud to announce the successful completion of our Book Donation Program on 3rd August 2025 at Sri Rathanajothyaramaya Temple, Raddalana, Welpalla, Sri Lanka. This heart-warming event brought together donors, volunteers, Sunday School teachers, and community members with one shared mission — to provide essential school supplies to children and inspire them to learn, grow, and dream big.
Our Mission
At Nearth, we believe that education is the foundation for a brighter future. Many children in rural and low-income communities struggle to access even the most basic school supplies. This program was designed to bridge that gap by providing exercise books, pens, and learning materials that will support their education for the months ahead.
Event Highlights
The event was held at the Sri Rathanajothyaramaya Temple under the blessings of Most Venerable Loku Hamuduruwo, whose guidance and presence inspired all attendees.
A special highlight of the day was the motivational speech by Ms. Rashi, which encouraged the children to stay committed to their studies and believe in their dreams. The Nearth Governing Body and dedicated Sunday School teachers played a key role in planning and coordinating every detail of the program.
